The breakfast was nice with a good selection of foods and fruit. My only complaint was the coffee. That was absolutely the worst coffee ever. Tasted like hot water.

I’m an assistant manager at a hotel and I was impressed with the Hampton in Massillon. Everything was excellent. Staff at the front desk was friendly and professional at check in. The hotel was clean. The room was clean. Everything was done right. Very nice location and I will stay again.

the cleaning personnel helped us very much. got wrong key for room, she let us in. she went down for us and got right keys that we were actually put in wrong room. she was very nice and personable
